Description
Bernhard Romberg (1767-1841)
Sonata op. 43,1
for violoncello and piano or 2 violoncellos
Arr.: Emmerich Bünemann
Bernhard Heinrich Romberg’s “Trois Sonates faciles et progressives pour le Violoncelle avec Accompagnement d’une Bass composées pour les Amateurs OEuv. 43” are conceived for a violoncello as main part and bass part. In today’s practice, the most common accompaniment for the solo cello is the piano, which is why this edition also includes a piano part in addition to the duo option for violoncello and bass part.
