Prices, Shipping Costs, and Delivery Information

The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.

In addition to the listed prices, we charge a flat shipping fee for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Flat Shipping Fees:

— Germany: € 3.50
— EU countries: € 5.50
— Non-EU countries: € 8.50

The flat shipping fee includes the statutory VAT. Since the VAT on the flat shipping fee is calculated based on the purchased goods, it may decrease if goods with lower VAT rates are purchased (e.g., when purchasing books). This means that the flat shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process.

No shipping costs are incurred for digital content (PDFs, etc.).

Delivery is generally carried out by post or DHL. Alternative parcel services are possible by arrangement, with the full costs incurred for these services being borne by the buyer.
