Traditional marches and folk tunes determine the character of this five-movement suite for 10 brass instruments, composed between 1996 and 1997. Among other things, the Tyrolean Eagle March is not only interpreted in a traditional manner, but also humorously and subtly “crossed” with the no less well-known Tölz Schützenmarsch. Let the result surprise you! In addition to two Ladin folk songs, the probably best-known South Tyrolean song La Montanara, stylishly arranged, is of course not to be missed.
