The first version for oboe d\u2019amore and piano was immediately followed by a version for clarinet in A. The piano part of both versions is identical and has a little surprise in store at the end of the work, for example when the page turner himself \u201clends a hand\u201d (optional) after the last page turn, as the piano part is notated for four hands at the end as a final increase.
